Best photo-ops in DisneyLand Paris | DLP

Anyone going to Disney knows that a part of the magic is getting that perfect picture be it for memories or purely for instagram. I knew that as soon as Amy and I both aspiring photographers were to step foot on that sacred land we were about to get the best photos possible.

Everyone knows the classic DisneyLand LA blue wall and the other fancy walls and photo spots but I feel like there isn't that many known spots in Paris. Although when I was in Disneyland (last September yeah i really have ignored this blog thing) my main goal wasn't to get perfect photos it was just to have a good time.

My first most important main tip is where to get the perfect photos of you in front of the castle. Everyone knows the classic straight in front of the castle where there is a Photopass photographer however, to the right of the castle on the way to the dragon (Maleficent) under the castle there is a hidden area that gets you even closer to the castle. It's hardly ever busy so you can get photos without a crowd in the back. I personally LOVE it here and Amy and I probably spend about 45 minutes getting the perfect shots of each other!

If you're a big Pirates of the Caribbean fan like Amy, we stumbled across the perfect place for photos. I honestly couldn't believe how lucky we got, its super close to the Pirates ride in fact if you face the sign and turn around its just behind a small white wall. This spot is awesome and looks amazing in pictures with the skull island skull and the Pirate ship it makes for an excellent image.

I love Ratatouille it's one of my favourite films so for me I simply had to get a photograph at the fountain. I think you could get some really lovely shots here and from different angles moving around the fountain. The level of detail in Disney continues to blow my mind, within the fountain there is hlittle mice, I just adore it.

Taking pictures on a ride may sound impossible but on some rides you can - take the tea cups for example. The colours of the background and your tea cup make an image look stunning and with the movement and joy of being on the ride you can get some lush photos. The best part about this idea is it can be done during the day and at night and you get completely different photos.

Moving over to Hollywood Studios there is some great places over there for some really nice photos. One of my favourites is outside my all time favourite ride Tower of Terror. During our January trip we must have rode this at least 20 times so in September we vowed to get some amazing pictures, especially with the glooming threat of it becoming a Guardians of the Galaxy ride.  Right outside to the left of the queue there is a fountain that is wonderful to take pictures at. Or if you walk all the way to the right towards the fast pass ticket booth you can get some shots of you with the ride.

Finally one of my favourite places in Hollywood Studios is straight ahead of you when you walk into the park and its the high street. There is so many good shots and locations here if you truly wanted to go all out and get your photographer on. We took some photos in the middle of the street just being idiots and spinning in a circle but I just love the look it feels like we're in LA with the whole palm tree vibe.

To finish off this post I've included some photos from our trips of us being idiots cause at the end of the day its about making memories not just a cute Instagram, they're just a bonus!
