Hannah | Bath Shoot 2

A regular to the portfolio of Jess's work is the beautiful Hannah. A stand out photo-shoot of 2017 was Jess's and Hannah's flower bath shoot (pictured below), and last week Jess got the opportunity to re-create the stunning shoot.

Following the love theme Jessica Rose Photography seems to be incorporating, Jess decided to do another bath photo-shoot with Hannah. A black lacy two-piece and the simplicity of red roses really make Hannah stand out against the milk bath, and the photos are simply stunning.

"I have done something very similar with Hannah before with fresh flowers but after looking on photography groups for tips I learnt that people add milk to the water, the milk makes the water cloudy and although I hate milk I really loved the effect it gave. Due to it being around Valentine's Day we thought to incorporate both of these and make something pretty. I tried putting rose petals in the water but it drastically failed. However, I am so happy with how these photos have turned out I think they're beautiful and classy." 

Reanna Shoot 2 - The Streets of Leeds

(Written by Kerri Bell) With Valentine’s Day well and truly over and mostly everyone loved up (whether that’s with someone or themselves!) Jess did another photo-shoot with the lovely Reanna. This time taking to the streets of Leeds, Jess snapped some pictures of Reanna looking like she has just come out of a high-end magazine. This is where Jess shines, you can tell from the pictures (below) that Jess can take a model, then take into account what she’s wearing (shout-out to the model’s stylist Lauren) and choose backgrounds and environments that really show off her camera skills and keen eye for perfection.

“We decided to head into Leeds after the boudoir shoot to get some location shots. Although it was absolutely freezing we found a relatively quite street and done some “blogger” style photos. I love the colours of this location, I have shot somewhere similar once before with my friend Ellie and I love the colour palette. I really enjoyed doing this shoot with Reanna, it was something I’m more used to doing.”

Reanna Valentines Shoot

Valentine's Day is finally here and love is in the air. This week Jess has a very busy schedule and on Monday had the chance to do a beautifully romantic (and quite seductive) shoot with the lovely Reanna, with help from her stylist Lauren.

This is the first time Jess has ever done a boudoir shoot and the pictures are truly stunning, a big shout out to Jess for trying something new and going out of her comfort zone, it truly paid off.

"I truly loved this shoot, it really was far out of my comfort zone and something i'd never done before. It was tricky at first as I wasn't 100% comfortable due to the fact i'd never done something like this before, but once we got started and comfortable it was so much fun and I love all the shots! I was super hyped to do this shoot and spent the weekend looking for props gathering as much valentines stuff as i could. Although boudoir isn't my usual area of photography i enjoyed it so much."
